Yesterday we took Florian to the hospital where I will give birth. The hospital has a little class for future siblings. It started with a brief DVD showing a little boy visiting his mom in hospital and then the baby coming home. The teacher then gave each child a chance to hold a baby and to swaddle a baby as well. Florian did very well and even shared his baby.
After the little class, we took a tour to the L&D floor and then the recovery floor. Florian thought the bassinet especially fascinating. It looked to him like a great race car. I guess we better keep on eye on him when he comes to visit. He also really liked the view - Lake Michigan or Downtown Chicago. Can't beat that!
